Meet the Team
Mike Croxall
Mike’s first summer job was carrying lumber and cleaning up a new residential build. Went on to work summers for a local commercial contractor and never strayed far from the construction industry. Grew up in Chattanooga, married his wife Hilde and raised his 3 sons in this area and loves the city. Has been blessed to have the company grow and provide job opportunities and services for many clients in the Tri State area. Mike serves on the board of directors and PAC of the local building association. Was honored to receive Builder of the Year in 2017.
Kristian Croxall
Mike’s son Kristian grew up in the construction business. Spent many childhood days helping his father around construction sites. Kristian went on the get a Construction Management degree and now plays an intricate role in running the operation. Kristian has a vast skill set from steel work to running equipment.
Rob Croxall
Rob joined the team several years ago and helps run our operation at the Volkswagen Plant. Rob handles project management and procuring materials. He is also in charge of entertainment. His colleagues will tell you there is never a dull moment around Rob.
John Bartchard
Big John has been on the team for many years. There is nothing that John cannot do. He helps manage many of our commercial projects and strives to make sure we meet all customer goals.
Paul Stern
Paul is a graduate of Covenant College and is in his 2nd year with the company. Paul has been a very quick learner and is starting to manage projects on his own. Croxall is fortunate to have him grow along with us.
Maryann Ritter
Maryann has been running all administrative duties for many years now. She does her best to help things in order. Not an easy task with the crew aforementioned.
